By accessing astrokripa.live, purchasing any report, booking a consultation, using numerology, astrology, kundli, wallet, chat, WhatsApp, or any other Astro Kripa service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Nature of Services

Astro Kripa provides astrology, numerology, kundli, spiritual guidance, consultation, digital reports, and related services based on traditional belief systems, interpretations, calculations, and personal guidance.

Our services are intended for spiritual guidance, self-reflection, personal insight, and entertainment purposes only. We do not guarantee any fixed result, prediction, outcome, success, cure, marriage, job, business growth, financial gain, legal result, medical result, or any specific life event.

3. No Professional Advice

Astro Kripa services are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, investment, psychological, psychiatric, or emergency advice. For such matters, users must consult a qualified professional.

4. User Responsibility

The user agrees that all information provided, including name, date of birth, time of birth, place of birth, phone number, email, business name, consultation topic, and problem details, must be accurate and complete.

Astro Kripa will not be responsible for incorrect reports, delays, wrong interpretation, or unsatisfactory results caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the user.

5. No Guarantee of Results

Astrology, numerology, kundli, spiritual guidance, and similar services involve interpretation. Results may vary from person to person. Astro Kripa does not promise, guarantee, or assure any specific outcome from any remedy, report, consultation, prediction, advice, or guidance.

6. Payments

All payments are processed through third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay or other available payment methods. Prices may change at any time without prior notice. Payment confirmation, failure, delay, refund processing, or transaction disputes may depend on the payment gateway, bank, UPI provider, or card provider.

7. Digital Reports and Consultations

Digital reports are generated using details submitted by the user. Consultation bookings are subject to availability. After successful payment, Astro Kripa may contact the user through WhatsApp, call, SMS, or email for service-related communication.

8. Refund and Cancellation

Because our services include personalized digital reports, spiritual consultation, and custom guidance, payments are generally non-refundable once the report is generated, consultation is booked, consultation has started, or service work has begun.

Refund may be considered only in limited cases such as duplicate payment, payment deducted but order not received, service unavailable from Astro Kripa side, or where refund is legally required.

9. Prohibited Use

Users must not use Astro Kripa services for illegal, harmful, abusive, threatening, fraudulent, or unethical purposes. Astro Kripa does not support harmful activities, illegal tantra/mantra, black magic for harm, revenge, manipulation, medical claims, or guaranteed wealth claims.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astro Kripa, its owners, team members, consultants, astrologers, numerologists, partners, or service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, emotional, financial, personal, business, relationship, health, legal, or other loss arising from use of our website, services, reports, consultations, or guidance.

Our website may use or link to third-party platforms such as Razorpay, WooCommerce, WhatsApp, email services, hosting providers, or other tools. Astro Kripa is not responsible for technical errors, downtime, failed payments, delayed messages, account issues, data handling, or service interruptions caused by third-party platforms.

All website content, reports, text, designs, branding, service structure, and materials provided by Astro Kripa are owned by Astro Kripa or used with permission. Copying, reselling, republishing, distributing, or commercially using our content without permission is not allowed.
